Australian Clinical Labs is a leading provider of pathology services in Australia. They have a strong commitment to quality in all aspects of their service and patient care comes first in everything they do. 

Our Practice offers annual Health Assessments for all patients over the age of 75 years. This is a government initiative and as such, the cost of this assessment is covered by Medicare. 

This is an in-depth assessment in which physical, psychological, and social factors are discussed in order to identify any risk factors that may require further intervention and management. 

Although this is not a compulsory service, our doctors encourage you to attend annually. Please note that this service is provided in our office and takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete. 

The Chronic Disease Management Program is a government initiative that assists patients with a chronic condition that has been present for at least 6 months, for example: diabetes, stroke, cancer, asthma, cardiovascular disease, and musculoskeletal conditions. 

The Program provides Medicare rebates for a maximum of 5 allied health services (total) per calendar year. 

Through patient consultation, our doctors will determine whether you are eligible to access mental health services via a Mental Health Care Plan.

Under this government initiative, Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 allied mental health services per calendar year.
